YIN & COFFEE
A morning Yin practice with elements of functional movement and joint awareness. Yoga props are encouraged and recommended for this class - blocks, blankets and bolsters - we'll use them all!

A flow with a Pilates ball as a prop. The Pilates ball not only acts as an intelligent and useful prop for supporting what is actually happening in the body while in a pose, but it also serves as a focal point for the energy of the breath and mind. This class is a flow, but gentle enough for all levels.
A mindful and creative vinyasa to get you going in the morning. Classic shapes, fun sequencing and breath connected movements - perfectly paired with a cup of coffee.
A morning blend of movement and stillness. The Yang (Flow) begins the connecting of breath and body, the Yin completes the union with stillness.
