A morning Yin practice with elements of functional movement and joint awareness. Yoga props are encouraged and recommended for this class - blocks, blankets and bolsters - we'll use them all!

A flow with a Pilates ball as a prop. The Pilates ball not only acts as an intelligent and useful prop for supporting what is actually happening in the body while in a pose, but it also serves as a focal point for the energy of the breath and mind. This class is Vinyasa (flow) bases, but gentle enough for all levels.
