A morning Yin practice with elements of functional movement, joint awareness, and restorative poses. Yoga props are encouraged and recommended for this class - blocks, blankets and bolsters - we'll use them all!
Tuesday/Thursday 7am PST
YIN & TONIC
End of the week Yin practice, low stakes, chill crowd, and cold beverage of your choosing or whatever you want to relax with. This practice is for everyone who needs to stretch, connect, release and have fun.
First Friday of every month 6pm PST
SLOW & LOW
Saturday mornings are for going slow. This practice opens with a steady hatha sequence paired with some Yin, to prepare the body for guided breathwork
Saturdays 9am PST
The description is in the title. This is a challenging and strongly sequenced yoga class for those who need to flow out the stress or frustrations of the day. This class ends with guided breathwork to settle the nerves.
Thursdays 6pm PST
We'll wrap up the each month with a Sunday Sit! A monthly group guided Mindfulness Meditation and dharma talk, discussing the themes of the month, the seasons, mental health, our practice, and community, etc.
